A business owner who became a systems builder

Dr. Abdullah Al-Sahlany is an entrepreneur who runs a group of beauty and medical centers with several branches, alongside pharmacies, a medical-supplies distribution business, an online supplements store, and a resort with a gym and salon. Tens of thousands of customers and a large team pass through these businesses every year.

Managing that scale exposed a gap: off-the-shelf software did not speak the language of the region, did not fit how these businesses actually work, and left customers uncontacted between visits. So he did what few owners do — he designed the systems himself, module by module, around real daily needs: cashier and sales, staff and payroll, inventory, bookings, a call-center portal, WhatsApp automation, customer ratings, loyalty, marketing intelligence and a customer app.

Each system was proven in his own branches before it was polished. That is what makes Nasaq different: nothing we offer is theoretical. It has already handled real cash, real staff and real customers.

From one clinic's dashboard to a company in Dubai

Nasaq is the natural next step of years of building for ourselves.

    Running multiple branches with growing teams and customer lists, existing tools kept falling short — in language, in fit, and in keeping customers engaged.

  2. The first system

    An integrated management system was built for the group: cashier, bookings, staff, payroll, inventory and reports — in Arabic, per branch, with full permissions.

  3. Customers first

    WhatsApp Business automation, customer profiles, surveys reflected on staff performance, loyalty, a call-center portal and a customer app turned one-time visitors into returning ones.

  4. Beyond one industry

    The same core was extended to a resort, pharmacies, medical-supplies sales reps and an online store — proving it fits very different businesses.

  5. Nasaq Smart Systems

    In 2026 the work became a company in Dubai, so other businesses in the Gulf and Iraq can get the same systems, adapted to them, with the same hands-on partner.
